Week 5

I am 5 weeks today! This week, Baby M now has visible eyes, ears, mouth, and arm/leg buds. Baby M's heart will also start beating this week. So far I have lost 4 pounds! I ate a ton at lunch on Friday, meaning a chicken nugget happy meal with fries, a chicken sandwich, and a piece of cake. Yeah, I need to get that under control. That's the only meal where I've really gone overboard. I can't believe I am actually growing a little person inside of me. It's surreal. I've been extremely tried today but so far not very much morning sickness. Woo hoo for small victories. I'd throw up every day to keep this little one happy though. I'm watching the Razorback game right now (currently in the second overtime) and this game is driving me crazy. I've had to regulate my heart rate WAY too many times tonight. Hopefully these Hogs can pull it out!

I've started a journey for our little one that I will continue during my pregnancy. I want him/her to know just how much we are enjoying this journey.
