I was so glad to see Friday afternoon. It seemed like the work week just went on and on! Friday night, Neil and I met Marcus and Laura and their son Ethan at Chili's. Marcus and Neil are second cousins...I think. Ethan attends school where I work, so I see Laura every once and a while up there. We decided we needed to get together and I'm SO glad we did. We just laughed and laughed all through dinner. Laura and I have lots in common and it was so great to get to know some family members much better. Now we are friends AND family. We're gonna get together again real soon. After dinner, I headed to Little Rock while Neil went over to our friends Sarah and Adam's house.
Mom and I had a garage sale at her house on Saturday morning, so I spent the night with her Friday night. We didn't start our sale until 8:00 so we didn't sale as much as we usually do. I donated my profits to the gas bill for next weekend because we are headed to Dallas for the Hogs game! Neil came to mom's around 7:30 am to provide help with the sale...what a sweet husband I have! It was a great time to spend some quality time with my mom. After lunch mom, my step-dad Ty, Neil, and I laid around and watched football. All that was missing was my brother Rob. He was gearing up to go to the Hank Williams, Jr concert, so I don't really blame him!
On the way home from LR, I got the call I was dreading. Someone called saying our cute lost puppy was theirs. She was able to identify him and told me his name was Romeo because he roams around a lot. *sniff* we were so sad to give him back. Although I did feel better because they had another dog and a little girl. Romeo seemed very excited to be back home.
Today we took our dogs Bailey and Scruff to the dog park. We walked about 3.5 miles. I think I was more tired than the dogs! Neil was all about it though due to his new found love of all things healthy. Blah. :)
I just got done doing some paperwork that I put off all week and I'm just about to go print it out. I have a very busy week next week and will get home later than I usually do 3 out of the 5 days. Not so fun, but it doesn't happen that often.
On the baby topic: I did ovulation predictor kits for 7 days with no positives. I'm now taking prometrium and will start my fertility drugs some time in the next 10 days probably. Then more predictor kits and we'll go from there.
Good news though. In Vitro DOES WORK! My friend K is pregnant! She found out on Saturday. I am just so thrilled for her. Please pray for a healthy and strong pregnancy for her. :)

I have been reading your blog for awhile. I had a friend send me a link to it. My hubby and I are struggling with IF too and the things you have gone through sound so similar to ours. I have 2 blogs, one is my everyday life and the other is our TTC journey. You should be able to find both under my profile. I wish you luck on your next steps. It looks like IVF is our next option.
